What is the Nordic aromatic kit?

​We have selected the 4 favorites of our Quebec herbs and brought them together in a single kit. Whether you are a novice or already a lover of forest products, this boreal aromatic kit is a recreational way to learn about wild local products.

Allow the forest to enhance your dishes and let it surprise you with its exceptional aromas. These spices will be a wind of change in your way of cooking, they stand out for their originality and high quality.

The Nordic aromatic set includes 4 ingredients from the boreal forest:

  • 1x Balsam fir, 15g
  • 1x Dune pepper, 50g
  • 1x Labrador tea, 7g
  • 1x Wintergreen, 7g

These herbs have been picked by hand in Quebec, selected with the greatest care and respect for the regeneration cycle of plants.

Use

It is possible to make good infusions, by tasting the herbs individually. You can also have fun concocting your own herbal tea blend by mixing the ingredients as you wish.

Première utilisation pour Les épices boréales, poivre des dunes entre autres, donne une très bonne saveur à la mayonnaise, et du même coup pour les sauces à fondue !

Ça goûte le bonheur.

J'ai acheté le kit nordique parce que j'adore tout simplement me promener en forêt. Avec ces infusions, on dirait qu'on a une mini forêt dans notre tasse. Je recommande leurs produits sans hésitation! En plus, la livraison a été super rapide!
