Le trèfle rouge a une saveur très douce et subtile. Je l’ai d’abord essayé en mélange avec d’autres herbes et le goût ne se démarquait pas vraiment. Je l’ai ensuite essayé seul, et c’est une saveur très légère, rien d’agressant ou d’envahissant.

Salut Joelle, merci pour ton avis ! On est d'accord, le trèfle rouge a un goût doux, il faut le combiner avec des saveurs plus fortes pour qu'il se démarque.
