What Do We Use Mugwort For?

Mugwort is used a lot in traditional Chinese medicine to treat all kinds of health problems. Of European origin, artemisia grows widely in North America and is considered an invasive species. It is commonly found in the meadows of Quebec, among other wild herbs. Throughout history, it is particularly recognized to promote the digestive system and to counter menstrual disorders. Remède naturel et agréable au goût

L'armoise permet de combattre mon coté enrhumé avec mal de gorge, par temps froid, j'en fais infusé tout les matins. Se combine aussi avec d'autres tisanes et produits naturel favorisant la santé.

I never had the mugwort as tea, but I liked it very much. As it’s caffeine free, I can have them with dinner.
In Japan, we pick the young mugwort leaves in early spring and put them in Mochi.
If you have the grains to sell, l’d like to plant mugworts in my garden here in Canada.
