We invite you to an authentic taste experience, an immersion in the wild landscapes of Quebec through our unique infusions. Made without artificial flavors, our products are an ode to nature. We carefully select local, sometimes little-known, ingredients to reveal the richness of the flora.

To capture the essence of the boreal forest, we chose an exceptional wintergreen, hand-harvested in the heart of Quebec, mainly in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region.

Ingredients for your pitcher of iced infusion

To make about 2 liters of this homemade delight, gather:

  • 1.5 liters (6 cups) of water

  • 20-25 leaves of dried wintergreen

  • About twenty fresh mint leaves

  • 3/4 cup (about 150g) raspberries (fresh or frozen),

  • To sweeten (optional) : Quebec maple syrup, local honey or cane sugar, to taste

  • Toppings for the finishing touch : Fresh raspberries, a few mint sprigs and lemon slices

  • Plenty of ice cubes

Easy preparation of your refreshing iced tea

Hot infusion method (with ice cubes): the fastest

Perfect for those in a hurry, this method allows you to prepare iced tea that is both flavorful and ready in no time.

For one cup (250 ml)

  1. Prepare the infusion : Heat 125 ml of water to a simmer (90-95 °C / 195-205 °F).

  2. Infuse : Place the wintergreen leaves in a cup or small teapot.
    Floèm Tip : To release maximum flavor, roughly crush or shred the wintergreen leaves between your fingers before brewing.

  3. Let it steep : Pour hot water over the mixture. Let it steep for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired strength.

  4. Strain and sweeten (optional): Remove the leaves using a fine sieve or a small-mesh infuser . If desired, add maple syrup or sugar to the hot infusion, then stir well to dissolve.

  5. Assemble : Pour the hot infusion directly over a glass filled with ice cubes.

  6. Serve and impress : For a burst of flavor, muddle 1-3 raspberries and a few mint leaves at the bottom of the glass before adding the iced infusion. Garnish with a lemon slice and a pretty mint sprig.

For a pitcher (2 liters)

  1. Prepare the infusion : Heat 1.5 liters of water to a simmer (90-95°C / 195-205°F).

  2. Brew : Place 20-25 wintergreen leaves in a heatproof teapot or pitcher.
    Floèm Tip : To release maximum flavor, crush or roughly shred the wintergreen leaves before placing them.

  3. Let it steep : Pour hot water over the mixture. Let it steep for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired strength.

  4. Strain and sweeten (optional): Remove the leaves using a fine sieve. If desired, add maple syrup or sugar to the hot infusion, then stir until completely dissolved.

  5. Assemble the masterpiece : Fill a pitcher with ice cubes, then pour in the hot, strained infusion.

  6. Serve and impress : Garnish with fresh fruit (raspberries, lemon slices) and herbs (mint, lemon balm). For a more intense flavor despite the melting ice cubes, prepare a concentrate using 30 to 50% less water than the original recipe.

For one glass (250 ml)

  1. Place 3-4 wintergreen leaves in a cup.

  2. Pour about 250 ml of simmering water (90–95 °C) over the leaves. Let it steep for 8 to 15 minutes depending on the desired strength.

  3. Strain carefully through a small strainer. If you wish to sweeten, add maple syrup or sugar to the still-warm infusion, then stir until completely dissolved.

  4. Serve and impress: For a burst of flavor, muddle 1-3 raspberries and a few mint leaves at the bottom of the glass before adding the iced infusion. Garnish with a lemon slice and a small mint sprig.

For a pitcher (2 liters)

  1. Place 20-25 wintergreen leaves in a heatproof teapot or pitcher.
    Floèm Tip : To release maximum flavor, roughly crush or shred the leaves between your fingers before placing them in the pitcher.

  2. Pour about 1.9 L of simmering water (90–95°C) over the leaves. Let it steep for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired strength.

  3. If you wish to sweeten, add maple syrup or sugar to the still-hot infusion, then stir until completely dissolved.

  4. Cover and place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to finish cooling, keeping the leaves inside as they continue a gentle infusion.

  5. Filter carefully using a fine sieve.

  6. Serve and impress: For a burst of flavor, muddle 1-3 raspberries and a few mint leaves at the bottom of the glass before adding the iced infusion. Garnish with a lemon slice and a small mint sprig.
