Common nettle, also known as stinging nettle, dioecious nettle, great nettle, or tall nettle, is a wild plant found throughout Canada.

Its leaves, hand-harvested in the Lac Saint-Jean region, are dried, then ground, and can be used in cooking or as an infusion.
